"The Royal Regency Hotel was the BEST, from the time we arrived from the time to check out. Everyone at this hotel treated my husband and I like family. The restaurant that was in the hotel there food was phenomenal and the staff was wonderful. Even the breakfast food choices were outstanding. A very special thanks to Mrs. Mercedes that worked at the hotel, she treated us like family. She made my husband coffee every morning while we were there and she come over to our table to see if we needed anything. 5 STARS ☆☆☆☆☆to Mrs. Mercedes. And a very special thanks to the cleaning staff at the hotel. 5 STARS ☆☆☆☆☆. Thank you for making sure that we had clean towels and wash clothes and water doing the storm. I really appreciate all of you at the Royal Regency Hotel."

"The hotel was very clean and spacious. Even though there were several large events going on while we were there, there was ample parking, space to relax and no lack in service. It never felt crowded or excessively noisy. We did not use the gym but it was very well organized and clean with working equipment. We did use the pool every day. I do think for the price there should have been a complimentary breakfast and coffee bar. They could have offered a discount at the small coffee shop in the lobby. Unfortunately when our son and his children arrived the room they were given was completely unmade. They had to be relocated to another room. I would recommend this hotel to others."

"Room cleaning service was great. Sound travels, I could hear people entering rooms that were several rooms away. It was nice to be able to park at the hotel although parking spaces were tight and limited to approximately 8 spaces"
