One King West Hotel & Residence
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel itself is beautiful - an old bank so many of the architectural features are still there and it was fun to explore. The room itself was great too with a small kitchenette and our bathroom had a separate tub from the shower. The kitchenette had a pair of small plates, big plates, bowls, cups, coffee mugs, a knife, cutlery, a small pot, and a small pan. Appliances included a small cook top (two burners), microwave, mini fridge, and a small dishwasher. King size bed was comfortable and the room got cold at night with the A/C (plus you could open the windows). The location is great too with younge street and many coffee shops and places to eat near by + a shoppers drug mart across the street and a grocery store (metro) at about a 7 minute walk away. The hotel also had a small gym with male + female saunas and a hot tub. The chlorine in the hot tub was too strong in my opinion so wasn't able to stay in long. Only down side...Valet parking was $60 a night... but I guess that's downtown toronto for you."

"Very nice and informative at front desk, prompt check-in! Room was upgraded by them and wow, was beautiful! Pool area was very nice as well, water was warm:) Hot tub was out of order at the time (October 2nd,3rd) Tried Moxies, it's 10/10 service, our meals and drinks!"

"Conveniently located. Clean, spacious suite. It might seem a little frosty in the wintertime as there are basically no decorations. But on hot summer days and during warm fall weather it is just fine. Very friendly, helpful staff. Good value for your money"
