"This is a beautiful little hotel and I was very comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. But this isn't a 4 star hotel. It's a very good 3 star. There just aren't the amenities you would have expect for a hotel in the 4 star range"

"The property is located in a great location in Quito, lots of great restaurants, cafes and bars within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful. You need to press a buzzer to have a staff member come and physically let you in every time. An automated unlock would be nice but not huge issue. The breakfast was good, they cooked fresh eggs to your liking. The only detractor was some cleanliness issues with our room, mainly a used bar of soap left in the shower from a previous guest....

Instead of charging me a half day extra, the staff charged me for an additional full day at the highest rate possible. I accepted because I had no choice. But I will not return to Swissotel again. "We enjoyed our stay at the Go Quito Hotel. The rooms were clean, stylish, and comfortable, and the views from the rooftop restaurant were absolutely beautiful. The front desk staff were pleasant, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay.
