"The hotel is extremely well located - a few minutes walk from Recoleta Cemetery and a small park. Lots of great restaurants, bars and coffee shops within a 15 min walk. Room was extremely spacious. Ours had a bath tub in the centre of the raised bathroom area. Unfortunately never got a chance to try it. Staff were always friendly, courteous and helpful. I am gluten and lactose free and there was always something for me on the breakfast menu. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to Buenos...

"My stay was excellent at Palacio. The service there was outstanding. Having a butler help with reservations and bookings was extremely helpful. I would recommend staying here. It’s very walkable to common sights nearby. The cemetery was just a few blocks away. Breakfast was great, and the room size and amenities were top notch. I didn’t realize it at the time early on but a 10% tip is customary. Don’t second guess booking this former palace (yes, it was formerly someone’s home). Tons of history...

"Large spacious room wit lh a big comfortable bed. The staff was great; hotel is clean; restaurant area is lovely. 12th floor had a beautiful view of Recoleta Cemetery. Only negative was the plumbing - the tub faucet spit at you for awhile before deciding to deliver hot water and tub shower is very narrow. This will not prevent us from returning."
