"When I arrived, they told me they did not have a room, and that it was first come, first served even though I had a reservation. When I questioned how that could be, suddenly they had one they could get ready. When we got to the room, it was disgusting. The bedding was very dirty, and the bathroom was not clean. It smelled like someone had smoked in it, and they had just sprayed something to mask the smell. The workers did not care and were not at all helpful."
