The AC was broken and when I called, they told me there were no ACs in the apartment even though we could see the units installed, and we should just open the windows. This was obviously inconvenient being that we were in the town center so it got very noisy at night and the streets often smelled like sewage. "We had a very relaxing 1 night stay at this pretty spa-style hotel in the Tuscan hills. Disappointingly, the restaurant was closed forcing us to travel to a nearby town, but we had a great experience and excellent meal. Overall it was very pleasant, but quite expensive."

"Hotel had wonderful rooms with balcony (superior dubbelroom) and sea view. Placement very good near seapromenade and shopping. Service at the hotell breakfast very unattended though,also reception felt a bit uninterested. This was our second time at this hotel and breakfast service as bad both times. Lovely aroundings made it good anyway. Nice room too."

"We left the train station in Lucca, put in the address of La Luna and had a wonderful short walk, less than a mile into the town of Lucca and to the Hotel La Luna. We were greeted by hotel staff who quickly got us into our rooms, two couples-two rooms. The rooms were nice and would be considered average.
