Hotel dekat Ceredo City Hall

"The staff was rude, I booked a night for my son who was there for a job interview. Because I booked the room, they wanted him to produce verification for me since the card was in my name. My son had no phone so asked the clerk if he could use their phone to call me and I could verify and the clerk refused. He then asked the clerk if he could call and he refused. He turned my son away and he had to try to find another place to stay. THEY WOULD NOT REFUND THE MONEY THAT I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR THE...

"Very clean and cozy beds! The breakfast here is one of the best I’ve ever had at any hotel! On weekends though it doesn’t start until 7am. We were up super early so it would have been nice if it started at 6am. No complaints on anything else."

"The room was clean, front desk staff was helpful for our late night check in. Breakfast staff was courteous and great… French toast and Belgium waffle with strawberries were all delicious and so were the sausage links. 5 star stay. Thank you!"

"Helpful staff, clean hotel, stay here if in the area"

"Nice place, only downfall was that the elevators went out overnight. Thus we had to lug our suitcases down the stairs. But everything else was great."

"Excellent stay. Especially for this reasonable price point. I’ve stayed at higher priced hotels that had less friendly service. Not only was the staff very helpful at this Best Western was so clean, quiet, great shower pressure and shower head. I would definitely stay here again."

"Great clean rooms, very friendly staff!"

"Desk clerk Shannon was a total jerk. She was confrontational and should be fired. Several bulbs were burned out. The light switch between the beds was either installed upside down or wired backwards. The A/C register is so close to the bed that you cannot walk on that side. Breakfast was a joke. The fake food is very basic and has no taste. People sit outside the entrance and smoke or spit. They don't wash it down."

"Great quiet and clean with comfortable bed. The only problem was the hot tub wasn’t working and it’s the reason I booked there. But they were working on fixing it. Just call ahead if you plan to book here to see when hot tub is repaired."

"Toilet in bathroom so short. Meant for people under 5 feet..mold inside tub, ceiling, faucet. Water stained, drywall coming apart..gaps between door and door molding(outside door) no hair dryer. Air conditioning ran all night...would not go to automatic"

"Clean room. Helpful staff. I did not eat breakfast or use the kitchen. My dog enjoyed the stay as well."

"Pros: staff and dog friendly Cons: not clean, not kept up, bathroom door broken, toilet rocked, shower looked dirty, bathroom sink cracked, AC barely worked, sat something in front of door because it didn't feel secure, infested with stink bugs and had spiders"

"While the property is in need of a facelift, the mattress was very comfortable! The bedding in our room was yellowed and didn’t smell clean. I called the front desk to get new pillowcases, but was told the office was locked. 🤔The towels were very thin but clean. The breakfast area was nice and food was ok! The motel is next to a busy train track with trains running all night. I must say at least the price was good!"
