The location was excellent in the heart of Lake Bohinj territory (easy day trip to Bled from there) with so much beauty and things to explore within walking/biking distance. "this hotel was in a fantastic spot - we had a view of the castle and island. Our balcony was amazing and it was close to everything. Their breakfast had everything you needed or wanted. the Beds were probably the most comfortable beds we had this whole trip. The only thing i would say is the hotel is a little tired. We had one of the bigger suites and the furniture was old and worn and the rug was as well. if these were updated, this is hands down one of the best hotels in the area!"

"I would not recommend this place. Receptionist met us when we arrived. Told us there was staffing issues at their hotel in Blef. Gave us the code to the front doorand a number to call for emergencies. We went to dinner, came back at 930pm. There was not lights on inside or outside the hotel. We had the only car in the parking lot. We made our way up to the front door and had to find out where the light switches were. We fell on the steps . DEFINITELY A SAFETY ISSUE. We walked around the hotel...

"The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Beds were not the most comfortable and amenities were an additional cost. The photos of the pool/ other areas around the property on here are not very accurate."

"The hotel is in a great location near the lake. The room was fine and had a balcony. The breakfast was good, as was dinner but you are advised to get there at 19.00 when it opens. The staff were mostly fine, it would have been nice to know about the extra costs for the sauna before getting to the wellness centre, the swimming pool was great though."
