Staff were good, breakfast was good and room was spacious, comfy bed.
But room in need of some TLC - bath tap knob fell off (no screw holdng it on - borrowed one from a light fitting). Large gap around door allowed beetles to crawl in.

Check - In was nice and easy. At first the room seems spacious and clean. But on further inspection, there was a dirty towel hung up and a coffee stain on the floor. Apart from that the bed was comfortable and we had a decent night sleep. I was a little bit out of town, but nothing a Uber didn’t sort out. Pool hours 8am, shame as an early riser I would have loved to be in, as we are normal on the road by 8-830ish. Also the coffee machine was unplugged and we had to move furniture to plug it into...

The staff are exceptional here! So grateful for the extra attention we got for it being our engagement trip. The room was super clean, cosy and a short walk away from the centre. We love walking so it was perfect to access everything on foot! Joes Tequila Bar in the hotel is excellent. Brilliant Margaritas! Will stay again next time!
