"This was the nicest Motel 6 I ever stayed in... but it was still M6. Picked it because it was both low cost and within walking distance (15 minutes) of Santa Fe Plaza. Of course it was just outside the cute zone and lacked any Spanish Colonial decor, but the folks at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Our room was pretty standard, but had a fresh coat of paint and nice bedding. The AC was noisy enough that we just used the fan - was ok on a cool night but might get stuffy in warmer...
"Received a room with no ac and cracked tiles throughout the bathroom. Had my wife with me along with my two children and it was a room that was stenches with cigarette. They refused to give a refund to find something appropriate for my family. Would not recommend."
