"i really love the place, but i had and inconvenience that was at the check in, they didn't have the apartment that i paid for, they made me wait but we had a tour that we were gonna be late to because we couldn't get ready, they try to resolve it at that moment but offer me to give me 2 standard rooms instead, and on the next day they promise to give me what i paid for, the next day came and when we were back from a tour, they gave us an standard apartment, when what i paid for was a confort...

The entire hotel staff from the manager to the waitstaff hands down were the most amazing people I’ve ever met! So professional, courteous, attentive, and accommodating. The neighborhood is well maintained, on one side is the San Felipe castle & on the other side is a really nice mall with lots of stores and large food...
