Hotel Murah di Cerro Gordo

"We arrived late at night and there was no toilet paper. The owner did get back to me fairly quickly to tell me where to find some. The shower had no curtains or door so the water poured all over the bathroom floor and into the hallway. The remotes left for The tv only worked for 1 of the tvs. Parking is terrible. There’s no lot or actual spaces. Just have to park on the side of the street. The room was clean, we only saw 2 cockroaches which I was expecting way more for PR. The pool was clean....

"Beautiful spot to travel, but our first night we were put in the wrong room which was right next to the street and it was extremely loud. Due to booking through a third party they didnt see the exact room which is understandable. On our second night we got the room we ordered but the water wasn't working. After an hour and breakfast, we returned and they said the water was working. But it was not. Finally after another 30 min the shower was working"

"Such an amazing hotel. All the staff were amazing! Everyone went above and beyond during our stay. The place is very close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Also to old San Juan! "Great location with the peaceful cove beach access. Pool and bar/grill and coffee shop staff were great. I was injured by a piece of glass in my bathroom which had been missed by housekeeping (i didnt have glass, it was from either a previous guest, orfrom another room caught in the stringy mop they used). Front desk and management were not helpful.A scary trip to local hospital ER for a tetanus shot and stitches via a taxi (I'm a woman traveling solo). No assistance or compensation were...

Now - All that said I want you to read some realities here. It's a beach house, not a boutique hotel. They have a cute little restaurant but its operating hours are 9am (for food) to 6pm. "The staff was excellent the room very clean. They were quick to bring up extra towels. Loved the pool deck. Also went to the gym a couple of times and it was enough to get a good workout in. I would definitely come back."

"When approaching the property we were a bit uncertain as to whether or not we were at the right location or not. We were then approached by an employee and let into the building. To my surprise a super neat somewhat modern and industrial atmosphere inside. The place was well kept and easy to navigate. Rooms are basic but comfortable. Overall we would stay there again!"
