Hotel Murah di Cerro Gordo

"We arrived late at night and there was no toilet paper. The owner did get back to me fairly quickly to tell me where to find some. The shower had no curtains or door so the water poured all over the bathroom floor and into the hallway. The remotes left for The tv only worked for 1 of the tvs. Parking is terrible. There’s no lot or actual spaces. Just have to park on the side of the street. The room was clean, we only saw 2 cockroaches which I was expecting way more for PR. The pool was clean....

"The Location is great if you want to be in the center of the Old Town San Juan area. The hotel is located above a retail shop. There is no reception desk or lobby area. The staff was nice to store my luggage. I wish there was an opportunity to check in early but there wasn't. My light landed in San Juan at 5am... Due to booking through a third party they didnt see the exact room which is understandable. On our second night we got the room we ordered but the water wasn't working. "We love the decor and vibe of this boutique hotel. The rooftop amenities are nice though we didn't use. At check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a larger room with a balcony. We decided to extend our stay by one night. To do so, we had to check out of the upgraded room by 11 a.m. on our original checkout date, which was completely understandable.
