"This place is amazing. The kind people who staff the hotel are wonderful. We stayed here with 2 kids and had a great time visiting from the US. Highly recommend!"
"Breakfast was adequate. The property was clean. We arrived back around 11pm from Machu Picchu and the entire property was locked and all the lights were turned off. It took us about 10-15 min. to find someone to let us in. "
"Friendly hotel staff members, services top notch. I will stay again at Sonesta when I travel back to Cusco. Staff spoke excellent English which allowed to communicate with ease. "
"The location is excellent! The Ollantaytambo ruins are in walking distance and have a great selection of restaurants around the hotel. The room was big and clean facing the spring. The door to the balcony is not soundproof so you will hear the loud water gushing through the spring all the time "
"The room was nicely decorated and quite spacious. There was a table with two comfy chairs and a luggage rack that allowed you to hang a few things. I showered early in the evening and always had hot water. The location is good ( the town is small so everything is close)and the breakfast included an egg - scrambled or fried, bread, avocado, cheese and fruit, usually bananas and apples. "
"Tuvimos frío a la noche porque nadie nos avisó que había que pedir que prendan la Salamandra.
El masaje no fue relajante porque la terapeuta tuvo que irse 2 veces a atender guests que querían Usar el sauna y los que estaban en la piscina fría gritaban al lado ( esas aéreas deberían estar separadas) "
