"Hotel is in a prime location for a relaxing view of the ocean, however the balcony and its long chairs are never cleaned, they were full of bird poop, we could therefore not enjoy the premium we paid for the position of our room and its balcony, staff was unresponsive. There were other issues with house cleaning for the room. In summary, it’s a great hotel with poor house cleaning,"

"I booked a single (1 twin bed) room, but was given a spacious room with a king bed. I believe occupancy was low. I was disappointed that the airport shuttle had very limited hours, which was not revealed until after booking. I was able to take the shuttle to the airport, but had to get a cab from the airport. The shuttle driver dropped me (the only passenger) at the wrong end of the departure zone, near the doors that were closed because of renovations or something. I'm sure he did it for...

"Not a great hotel. Lacking care and attention Staff generally disinterested. The check in was good as the daytime receptionist is extremely helpful, which raised the star rating for staff Manager never there and seemed disinterested in customer experience. Poor value for money."

"The location is absolutely superb. Couldnt ask for better in Sitges. The rooftop bar and terrace are also a real bonus. The hotel is a 1960s build and thus the rooms are a bit small, modern facilities a bit limited, and decor functional. However, the staff are lovely and breakfast perfectly adequate. I would definitely stay again and so that probably tells you everything you need to know. Gracias!"
