Check in was smooth with great instructions, apartment was pretty clean with lots of useful amenities between the room and the common area. "Desastroso la atención y la designación de habitaciones, pague por una habitación Suite deluxe y nos asignaron una habitación común, la 1 er noche se activó una alarma en la habitación desde ma 1 AM hasta las 7 AM y nadie nos vino a desactivar la misma realizando 16 llamados a los contactos del hotel, aclaró que el hotel no tenía recepciónista desde las 17 hs hasta las 7 AM del siguiente día, NO PUDIMOS DORMIR EN TODA LA NOCHE!!! "Really close to the Vatican and every bus /station can get you anywhere. There’s also a fountain right outside to fill your water and several food options right outside within a 5-10 min walk. The people were really nice especially the housekeeper, it’s a relatively safe area and the AC really feels great after a long day out in the summer heat. "Very cute and clean hotel. There is a wonderful restaurant just downstairs, perfect location to walk all around town. The size of the room was perfect, with enough room for 2 luggages. Room was well prepared with anything we may need. Coffee and water dispenser provided. Would recommend."
