"El hotel está precioso, el staff muy amable, su desayuno muy completo y muy rico, todo perfecto !! Felicidades una excelente experiencia."

"A superb location with great views and super friendly service, thank you."

"Good location walkable distance to CittCity Centre and train stations. We selected a room with a balcony that can see the Matterhorn but it’s a big pity that there is a construction crane in the foreground during our stay. Breakfast area is very cosy."

"Free breakfast and the free spa at the basement"

"Amazing view of Matterhorn from window, Away from hustle and bustle of Main Street, quiet and nice."

"We stayed here for 3 nights. Very nice, stylish hotel. We didn’t use any of the spa facilities, but they sounded great. We had a nice view of the Matterhorn from our room. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the train station, but they will come to pick you up. Would definitely stay again!"

"This hotel and its staff are excellent. The view is also nice. They provide free pickup and drop-off to the train station, so be sure to book ahead. The staff are welcoming and kind, and they reminded us about the complimentary service. The rooms are clean, and breakfast is good. They also provide a backpack for use during your stay, which you can take on your hike—a thoughtful touch. I would stay here again if we return to Zermatt."

"Best breakfast I’ve ever had in Europe. Also, they stored our bags and let us shower after checking out and hiking all morning. They really FULLY took care of us!"

"The Capra Saas-Fee is a beautiful 5-star hotel, but for us it simply didn’t live up to the hype, especially considering the price. The hotel itself is lovely, but the service didn’t feel particularly personalised or attentive. We even had to ask three times for our cable car passes. First, they had the wrong email address despite us providing it at check-in; then, even after correcting it, nothing came through. We ultimately had to insist on having the passes printed so we could actually use...

"Being here feels like home!!"

"Excellent stay from start to finish. Spacious, clean and comfortable room with excellent breakfast provided. All staff really helpful and can't fault our stay. Thank you!"

"Amazing stay. Rain shower and balcony were exactly what we needed and wanted for our stay! Will stay again!"
