"Enjoyed the amenities and great location 5 min walk to NEC. But had the worse couple of nights there due to noise. First night was what can only be described as a heard of elephants trying to jump into our room, very creaky floorboards and can hear everything through walls. Second night there was a party going on directly below us in the basement… complained about the noise after 10pm sounded like we were sleeping next to the DJ box , thumping music when trying to sleep as up early. "Stayed in the mews which was a side annex. Great good sized room along with good sized bathroom with powerful shower over a bath. Clean crisp bedding. Attentive staff Great stay"

"Most of the beer in the bar was off. We asked for an extra fan for the room, it didn't turn up. My wife is a vegan, we asked for oatmilk in the room. That didn't arrive either. To cap it all when we left we were told that we had to pay an extra £55.00 as the price we were quoted was less than what it should have been. Won't be stopping here again."

"The Malvern is a hotel run around a health club and spa. The best feature is its restaurant which is modern and serves good food. The spa itself has a nice and warm indoor / outdoor pool but the facilities are dated and tired. The rooms are very tired, think 1970’s travelodge, and in desperate need of an upgrade. Staff pleasant."
