"There was only cereal offered for breakfast, the first room I was placed in the jacuzzi didn’t work and I had to switch rooms in the middle of the night. The TV was only cable and could not be connected to streaming services. "

"I loved the location of this hotel, as it is so close to the art museums. If you have a car, parking can be a pain; but there are some outdoor lots you can arrange with for your car fairly close to the hotel. You can load/unload your car right in front of the hotel, which is helpful. If on check out day, you want to do some more touring, the front desk will hold onto your luggage, which is nice. The hotel is "boutique", but no frills -- which suited me just fine. There is no bar, e.g. The room was very clean, had an exposed brick, industrial look and a very comfortable bed. Plenty of clothing storage/hanging space, TV, fridge, safe, etc. And the bathroom is modern and adequate (lighting could be better; and the mirror has built-in technology), though there is very limited shelf/counter space for toiletries. The view out the window (for me) is of the backyards of the townhomes on the adjacent street. The staff were helpful and professional. There is a Whole Foods really close (with a restaurant) and other restaurants and taverns nearby. I really enjoyed my stay here. "

"I honestly think most of the reviews for the Golfers Inn are fake. When I actually read through them they were repetitive and not very accurate. The facility looks like it was nice at one point, but it smelled of smoke & weed. The halls looked like they aren’t vacuumed and I didn’t feel safe. (Mom with 18 yr old daughter). I think we might have had drug neighbors on our floor as they were loud at 3am and I had trouble falling back asleep. The lights from outside came through our curtains so the whole room was lit up. The room wasn’t bad. The heater didn’t seem to control so I ended up turning it off. I’m not too picky but I sincerely didn’t feel safe and did not leave my room once we got in (until next morning). Would not recommend."
