"The lobby was big, colorful, and clean. The room was very clean and I loved the shampoo and conditioner provided. The location was great. There was a bus stop in front of the hotel. While the free breakfast was small compared to other hotel breakfast buffets, it provides everything you need. The hotel staff was very friendly as well."

"Was sent to the wrong room first thing. Finally sent in the right direction. Once in the room, found dead bugs throughout the room, found what looked like a pizza stain on the bed and a few other suspicious stains very visible. Lots of hair on the sheet and just overall not a clean place as it says on when booking. Would love my ridiculous $300 back for the worst 6hrs of sleep"

"This hotel is run very well and we stay several times a year at this location because of that. The rooms are very clean and it is quiet. There are great dining options within walking distance and many walking paths nearby. Everyone from the reception staff to the kitchen staff is super friendly and helpful making for a pleasant stay. The pool was out of order this time but that is usually very nice also."

The area around the hotel didn't offer much but it was conveniently located off the interstate. Staff recommended a great gluten free restaurant nearby! Good restaurants and shopping within close driving distance."

"There was a water leak across the hallway and the overnight repairs kept us awake all night. The following morning our room didn’t have any water pressure. There was no manager on scene and despite two messages, we were never contacted by anyone. Mistakes can definitely happen but the lack of communication was terrible."

"The room had an odor. The top sheet on the bed was too small for the mattress and kept coming off. The top of the refrigerator was dirty. Some of the dishes in the kitchen cabinets were dirty. The coffee maker was missing the drawer that holds the coffee pods. There were mold stains on the caulk in the shower.
