"other than the pool and spa was being renovated, the property was great! our room was spacious and beds were very comfortable. our bathroom was small but immaculate, with hot water and good water pressure. the shampoo and soap was abundant and smelled good. Overall the hotel was fresh, clean, and friendly. It was our first stay at a Drury Inn & Suites. i’m impressed!"

Once in the room, found dead bugs throughout the room, found what looked like a pizza stain on the bed and a few other suspicious stains very visible. Lots of hair on the sheet and just overall not a clean place as it says on when booking. Would love my ridiculous $300 back for the worst 6hrs of sleep"

"This hotel is run very well and we stay several times a year at this location because of that. The rooms are very clean and it is quiet. There are great dining options within walking distance and many walking paths nearby. Everyone from the reception staff to the kitchen staff is super friendly and helpful making for a pleasant stay. The pool was out of order this time but that is usually very nice also."

"One of the ladies at the front desk was quite unhelpful. During the check-in process, she simply handed me the keys without uttering a single word. I was unaware that there was no room cleaning if you didn’t stay for 7 days."

"The breakfast was OK and that’s about the best part of the stay. The toilet ran all night, the microwave didn’t heat any food up and the AC was lackluster."

"There was a water leak across the hallway and the overnight repairs kept us awake all night. The following morning our room didn’t have any water pressure. There was no manager on scene and despite two messages, we were never contacted by anyone. Mistakes can definitely happen but the lack of communication was terrible."

"Property was in good condition and rooms were clean. Breakfast options were great! Even included gluten free options for us! The area around the hotel didn't offer much but it was conveniently located off the interstate. Staff recommended a great gluten free restaurant nearby! Good restaurants and shopping within close driving distance."
