"Stayed from 1:30 am to 7:30 am. Had to stop to sleep on a long drive. Everything was clean and nothing to complain about. Would stay again on other trip intake this way. "

"The room and the whole place is clean and very well maintained. It’s a relaxing and cozy place to stay and we definitely plan to go back in the future. Some staff are great some are not. Breakfast is good but Fairfield and Illini Inn and Suites have better selections. But the comfort at I Hotel is excellent and is not comparable to the two places mentioned with better breakfast. So if possible I would definitely still choose I Hotel for our future stays in Champaign."

"I would love to have given 5 stars, my only complaint was the hot tub and pool. They were filthy - couldn't see in the hot tub the water was so dirty. The pool was WAY too chlorinated, you could see the chlorine on tip of the water and the bottom of pool had dirt or sand. The staff were exceptional snd friendly. We will definitely stay again. Nice room, amenities and convenient location."

"There was a water leak across the hallway and the overnight repairs kept us awake all night. The following morning our room didn’t have any water pressure. There was no manager on scene and despite two messages, we were never contacted by anyone. Mistakes can definitely happen but the lack of communication was terrible."

"It looked like a low end motel, the stairs and hallways were dirty. The room AC did not work. We saw couple spider webs in the room. I moved the middle table to plug in my charger and it was really dirty back there. Overall, it was ok room. The breakfast was a joke, we ended up grabbing our breakfast from Dunkin "
