"Unfortunately the pool was closed when we arrived, but we weren't notified as we had hoped to go swimming before we could check-in. Only downside about this resort was the check-in time at 4pm, we didn't get confirmation from the front desk, so at 5:30pm I went back and asked, then they had a room ready.
