"The accomodation - room/apartment was excellent but the check in and check out staff, communication and attitude was atrocious For such a nice accomodation - the check in person I was allotted took me 2 hours for him to show up - no email from the check in saying where to go and when checking out wouldn’t even arrange transport to the airport as the wifi wasn’t working Great accomodation Extremely poor service by the check in and check out crews Absolute shame - will book a hotel next...

"My wife requested an early check-in. She was given permission to check in by the staff, but they failed to inform her that the room we had reserved would be replaced. My request for a cancellation and refund has still not been processed, and neither a positive nor a negative response has been received from "Expedia" customer service! "

"The good - location is excellent and you’re right in the centre of the action. Communication was great with instructions on how to access the property which you will need as it isn’t straight forward. The pool is nice enough. The bad: the actual room we had wasn’t great in that it was kinda run down and needs some maintenance. The bathroom was not present at all but did have hot water. We had to supply our own toilet paper, shampoo but they did have towels and clean linen. Tv worked but screen...
