"Rooms were fairly clean, but there were two old cigarette butts in the bathroom. Bathroom window was open and so far up we couldn’t reach it. Bathroom smelled like sewage every morning and often at night. Some ants in the common areas. Very few dishes. Staff were helpful and parking and access were easy and uncomplicated. "

"In my room, there is a closed in between door. This in between door is a locked entrance to another room, for other tourists. This in between door is very thin, you can hear everything. And I mean everything. The contact person I had for this room is friendly and questions, requests, remarks I made with WhatsApp, were answered and solved immediately. However, 3 to 4 staff members at the front desk, sitting and looking bored, no (fake) smiling, is a doubtful "

"Pool area was completely closed off for renovation. There was no communication about the renovation except a notice at the pool area. It was disappointing not able to use the pool and the lack of communication. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at AXON. Location is excellent, easy to get to KLIA/sightseeing/shopping/food options. Bellissimo skiline al 51 piano con piscina e palestra apaziosa attrezzata con macchinari per aerobica e a sufficienza per la pesistica. Per il resto masticando un po di inglese si gira autonomamente la bella KualaLumpur la struttura è a 10 minuti a piedi dalle Petronas."
