"I have stayed here a couple of times when catching early morning flights. During my previous visit, I was appalled by the shockingly rude behavior of a staff member; despite the hotel being at fault, he repeatedly clicked his tongue while solving an issue in annoyance, and in addition, he spoke in an extremely overbearing, commanding tone to an elderly American couple who were confused about the "Wing" and "Floor" layout. I was relieved not to encounter that rude staff member this time, but the check-in process involved a long wait. The room itself was clean, and the amenities, facilities, and soundproofing against outside noise were all excellent—offering good value for the price. However, the air conditioning was terribly noisy, so I ended up turning it off to sleep."

"We enjoyed our room and the view very much. Room service food was really good and we had a spacious room with in door and out door eating areas. The Breakfast was a bit overcrowded but we enjoyed the food and it was reasonably priced. The kids play are was a huge hit with our 11 year old son and he went there everyday as well as the pool. I would definitely stay here again."
