多少、老朽化しているが、スタッフの方々がかなりのレベルで日本語を話せるので親近感もあり、いろいろな面で都合も良い。近くにはレストランや商店とあり、長期滞在しても不都合は感じない。

전등이 너무 어두워서 일하는데 불편했어요. 테이블도 뭔가 먹기엔 좀 낮고 좁았네요. 위치는 번화가이긴 한데... 조용하더라구요.

오래되었지만 호텔이 가져야 할 필요요건 전부를 만족합니다. 출장지와 가깝고 주차가 편리하여 창원 출장시 항상 이용하고 있습니다.

뷔페 서비스빼고는 다 좋았습니다

로비,룸은 매우 좋았습니다. 특히 히노끼욕조가있어서 너무좋고 모던하고 안락한분위기너무좋습니다. 근데 조식뷔페에있는 종업원 여자2분은 너무하더군요. 이틀 내내 티 쿠폰받는곳에 안서있고..쿠폰을 내려고해도 아무도없고.. 커피머신고장나서 에스프레소는 안되냐했더니 제가 에스프레소달라고하지도 않았는데 제가 들고있던 빈잔 한손으로 홱 낚아채서 손잡이만잡고 컵을 덜렁덜렁 들고가더니(악세사리도아니고..) 카운터에서 에스프레소뽑아서 한손으로 '자 먹어라'하는식으로 건네네요. 어이가 없어서.... '여기있습니다' 말한마디는 할수있는거아닙니까? 대놓고 싸우려다말았네요. 서빙하는 여자분 둘 다 태도가 그렇습니다. 관계자는 이글 꼭 서빙하는 여자들한테보여주세요. 로비, 메이드분은 완전 친절했어요.

호텔주변 음식점이 많았고, 공항이용(리무진버스 정류장)에 용이한 점 등 출장에 유리

조식이 대체로 만족스러웠고 객실은 다소 어두운 느낌

Old fashioned hotel in the middle of the city center with free parking. Hotel's location allows you to reach numerous restaurants, shopping malls and sport center in short time (only few minutes walking). Hotel is very clean and breakfasts are variety.

少し壁紙とかが古い感じはするもののそれだけ利用客が多く使い込んでると考えれば気になりません。コンビニも近いしバス停も近い(停留所の名前がチャンウォンホテル) また利用したいです。

날벌래들 사체가 몇개 보이고, 전반적으로 정리상태가 좀 그랬어요. 애기를 데리가 갔던 곳이라 좀 더 신경쓰이네요. 추가 이불을 요청했었는데.. 이불이 80년대 이불이 왔어요.. 난방도 아직 시작안했다고 해서 겨우 얘기한 끝에 난방이 되어 다행이긴한데, 얘기 안하고 있었으면 난방도 안틀어서 애기 감기걸릴뻔했네요. 프론트에 있는 2분이 친절하게 해주셔서 그나마 다행입니다. 오래된 호텔이라 감안하는 점도 있지만 그래도 창원에서 제법 괜찮은 급으로 된 호텔인데.. 관리가 이래서야.. 너무 아쉽네요.

大きな駐車場と建物なので期待をしていたが、施設があまりにも古すぎて、部屋も清潔感がなくがっかりしました。フロントは日本語が通じるのがせめてもの救い

立地も良く、格式ある良いホテルだと思う。

エントランス、ロビーが広く、回転ドアもあり、高級ホテル感がする。チェックイン時に何も言わなくてもフロントの女性が、即座に顧客名で確認してきたので、好感度アップした。客室内スペースは必要十分、周囲に建物が多く、部屋からの眺望は今一つだが、ロケーションは悪くない。繁華街側へ少し歩くと食事、買い物が容易に可能、反対側には運動公園などがあり、散歩には適している。
