"When we arrived (6pm) the property told us they cancelled our reservation because we didn’t checkin at 3pm and their policy is they have to have a one night deposit to reserve the room past 3pm if the are 85% full. Even though through Expedia, my reservation was pay when we checkin. Luckily they still had vacancy, unfortunately for us we should have just cut our losses and went somewhere else. There is a reason that they are so much cheaper than everywhere else. The rooms were gross, the floors were dirty and not mopped. There was rust or mold in the bathroom sink. And, the room smelled terrible. Yes it does have a full kitchen but you don’t get a coffee pot, plates, utensils, or even paper towels to use the kitchen. If you want any of that you have to pay extra for it. Also you get two towels, if you want more, you have to pay for it. Not super helpful for a family of 4! They only clean your room once every other week so not at all if your staying any less than that. If you want it cleaned you have to pay for it. The property is gross which is a shame for a new hotel like this. We won’t be staying again and I don’t recommend it."

"Wow had such a negative experience with the front desk guy. So unwelcoming and friendly. I think I was an inconvenience to him when checking in. They really need to evaluate people on the front desk as this guy surely was not it. Maybe want to try other hotels right there like Hampton Inn or Laquinta and save yourself the trouble. "

"We loved staying here. It felt clean which I usually can’t stand staying in hotels for that reason. We’ll definitely stay here again. "

"Beds were very comfortable. Pillows big and very full, bring your own if you prefer more of a soft, flat pillow. Hotel was very quiet at night. Parking was limited due to someone pulling a uhaul trailer and taking up 5 spaces but this was addressed appropriately with management. Shower was great temperature and wonderful pressure. Didnt care for the breakfast selection but not a deal breaker. There are plenty of breakfast options nearby. Would stay here again. "
