All of the staff we encountered were so kind and helpful, from check-in to housekeeping to the kitchen to front desk staff helping us with transportation ideas. We took advantage of the on-site breakfast two of the days, it was very delicious and convenient. I would stay here again and I highly recommend it."

"We had a lovely stay. The property does not have an elevator. I overpacked and that’s on me. But dragging a suitcase up, then ultimately down 4 sets of narrow spiral stairs was challenging. Leaving and returning to our room also involved a steep set of spiral stairs. The rooms are small but also, don’t stay in the hotel room in Paris. The rooms don’t need to be big. The bathrooms were so clean. The staff was the absolute friendliest! so kind and so eager to order a taxi or to help us in any way...

"Room was not cleaned one of the days (last day out of 6). Sink was completely clogged up. While taking shower water leaked through the door and completely wetted floor. Coffee cups were never cleaned. No tea or coffee, no sugar or cream in the room. No instructions for how to get drinking water. Request Expedia to ask hotel for partial refund."
