"This is a great area to stay in Paris! You can walk to many attractions or easily hop on the subway. We will definitely stay here again!"

"Room had poor circulation, we went in mid April and it wasn't hot outside but given how small the room is, we made sure AC was an option before booking, but apparently they only turn it on later with higher temperatures. We tried turning on the fan just for circulation, but hot air came out making the room even stuffier. We opened the window throughout our entire stay and saw our next door do the same daily. The problem here is that Europe doesn't have bug screen so it's a fully open window.. The hotel was nice overall but due to the poor circulation, I wouldn't return, even the toilet room was very stinky (again poor circulation)."

"The front desk lady was incredibly helpful ! Helped me extend my stay at the same price and same room..when I was stranded for two days because of the New York blizzard, Knew where to send me when I needed to buy inexpensive shoes etc:) So grateful’"

"On checking in, the very sweet staff member whose name I can’t remember, was so kind!! She heard it was my first trip to Europe and upgraded our room to make sure we had an Eiffel Tower view. The rooms are small, but it’s Paris! Who’s spending that much time in room anyway? The location turned out to be a litt farther than we had hoped for some of the things we wanted to do, but a train station hub across the street really helped. I would stay at a citizen M again. "

"Clean room. Walls would shake pretty hard when other people let their doors close swiftly. Breakfast was just okay. The man that checked me in was lovely!"
