Hotel murah di Chappells

"I reserved an ADA room and we got a standard room. When walking into the room there was a strong smell of cleaner chemicals. There was also mold on the ceiling above the bed. We immediately left and went to another hotel."

"Cleaning staff were great,! Breakfast was great! Parking was great! night desk person was rude and unsympathetic to our trouble with check in date change. Said it was our problem because we used Expedia and not the hotel Service directly. Also to many Bird's nesting in entrance area and dead baby bird's lying on the ground."

"The stay was nice but we were a little upset because we needed extra towels and rags and they were out if rags and said none will be available until the next day and we had to use hand towels. This was unacceptable. Everything else was great other than that one complaint."

"We were there for a quick overnight stay and I would say it was a good experience for a very good price. We needed a pet friendly place and the room rate + the pet fee was still very reasonable. The property is older, but VERY clean and the bed was comfortable. The lady who checked us in and the gentleman who checked us out the next morning were both very nice. "It was hard to get an extra blanket. You had to talk to a computer screen, and then wait for them to contact the staff for you. While checking in I was informed that I was required to pay a $50 security fee on a room that was paid in full ahead of time."

"The room was mostly clean and the hotel looked great. The area was nice and easy to access. Breakfast was sub-par. Everything looked and tasted like it had been re heated. All of the food was cold. The cheese looked like it had been sitting out for days."
