"Didn’t put bags down and did not stay. Left without requesting refund -that bad. Staff left property so left a note saying we were not staying. Room lighting was so dark it felt like an alleyway. Smelly, broken AC, insects flying around, no signal on tv. And that was enough to leave. Added note: it’s been years since staying here so the expectation was that it was decent coming in from out of town and seeing it listed on hotels.com. I lost my cash reward but it was worth not waking up with...

"We enjoyed our stay. Sunday’s breakfast can be better."

"Rooms was clean and staff was very nice. Breakfast needs some help. It wasn't very good but, it was ok."

"Clean comfortable beds and the rooms are spacious… will stay here again.."

"When i got into the room the covers had already had burn holes on them. The whirlpool jets did not work at all. They never brought me no clean towels I had to go get them. The faucet in the bathroom was off but they still had water dripping so whatever you put close to it was soak in wet"

"Had a nice stay comfy bed"

"Pictures on site lie"

"Do not book! Stay across the street. It has moldy curtains, cracked windows and unidentifiable stains. I took one look in the room and went straight back to the front desk where there was no one to be found! We left and stayed across the street for a few bucks more and it was great."

"The TV did not work"
