"I would stay at Saem again. The hotel is immaculate. They put great care into maintaining the whole property. Pool is also very well maintained. Beds were so comfortable and showers were hot with excellent water pressure. The first night, our AC had issues and they were very responsive and fixed it quickly. "We are a family of 5 traveling with teens, stayed here for 4 nights. It was a low season in Siem Reap, and the hotel was nearly empty, with only one other party of guests. The hotel upgraded our rooms to private pool rooms. It was spacious, clean, air-conditioned, and luxurious, though the aesthetics seemed to be of a couple of decades past, with a huge bathtub in the middle of the room.
