"We had a wonderful stay! The innkeepers were so friendly and helpful. It was fun to learn the history of the house, especially since the were so into the history. Donnie is an excellent chef and made a wonderful breakfast for us. We were only there for one night since we were visiting our son and he only had one day off. We would definitely recommend as a place to stay for one night, or much longer. Charles Town was a cool place to visit and there are several towns around with fun downtown...

"This was an excellent stay despite of the fact I have a mobility problem and our room was 40+ steps above. Unique place and the people I met there were friendly and kind. If you're lucky enough to run into JeanMarie outside weeding, make sure you ask her questions about this area, she's local and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Our 2nd luck was seeing Chef Kashiff. Never expected that level of frienliness - we were beyond charmed by his story. Don't forget to make the 3 course dinner...

"This is my mid point from New York to North Carolina. I stay here often. I went to hotel once next door and it had bedbugs. Was refused a refund after 5 minutes of check in. I will always return to La Quinta 😊"

Just a warning before booking, they use commercial grade fans in the bathroom that turn on with the light(which is way too bright) and loud doesn't even describe it. We thought it was broken and asked to have it repaired but was told that is just what they installed."

"The wifi wasn't exactly too useful for my personal devices and there was only one washer and dryer available, so that was a pain. The pool was small but relatively empty for my entire stay, at least whenever I went to use it. The gym only has weights and cardio stuff not much equipment to work out other parts of your body like some specific muscle groups.
