"Very clean hotel, very comfortable bed, large room and large bathroom! Very close to everything. However: bathroom has a barn door that you can completely see into the bathroom with the door closed and it doesn’t quiet any bathroom noise. There’s no coffee, unless you buy from the attached coffee shop, or use the room coffee maker that made bland dark water. The subway runs under the building and it feels like there’s an earthquake starting; this occurs very frequently. There’s a lot of extra fees (taxes, convenience charges, just a lot) when you pay the final bill."

"The only real highlight of this hotel is its location by the water, quiet and away from crowds, yet still walkable. Unfortunately, everything else fell short. The restaurant was a disappointment with very limited breakfast options and a 40 minute wait for food with only a few guests. Café Amalfi in Building 5 was a much better choice. The room was just okay, not soundproof, and the towels were worn and torn, definitely not what you expect for the price. Service at the front desk was also lacking. My upgrade request was brushed off without even checking availability which felt dismissive. Overall, not worth the price. You are better off spending a bit more for a place with better service, friendlier staff, and much nicer rooms."

"I think the “boutique hotel” description is a bit of a stretch. This is a rehabbed hotel or building with small rooms and just ok furnishings. I felt we overpaid for what we got"

"Never staying here again. The mattress are super old and extremely uncomfortable and noisy. I’ve been to hundreds of hotels. One of the worse nights sleep. Also bed are not queens they are fulls , Bathroom rooms have no vent and are rusty and old. Only good thing here as the water pressure. Pay alittle extra and stay elsewhere"
