"We loved the beach, but in June you will have sarcasm. Other beaches on St Thomas remove it every morning. The food on the beach was okay. The condo is real nice. I would recommend new sofa covers and maintenence like replacing loose towel racks and patching walls. The kitchen is fantastic as well as the washer and dryer. They have detergent there for you. Really nice."

Her response was immediate. Condo is a studio located with a beautiful view of the marina and st John. The pool is located a short walk from unit. "It rained the day we arrived and when we got there, the whole kitchen and living room were flooded and the rug was soaked for the whole 7 day trip so the whole house stunk of mildew the entire trip. We woke up sick every morning from breathing in the nasty air all night. I dont know if someone left the front door open allowing the rain water to come in during the storm but we would’ve enjoyed our trip better if we didn’t get sick every time we were in the house. "Bare minimum, tight wade, 1 roll of TP, 5 sheets of paper towel. Needed a good cleaning or maid to come and really get it up to par. It was like I stayed at a friend's house and they gave me thier sons room to sleep in. So weird."

"Unfortunately, this location was not great. After traveling for hours from IL we wanted to kick back, but we spent the entire evening trying to book another villa. There was a strong moldy smell as you walked in. Sand was on the chair, floor, & stove. The air conditioner in the bedroom had a hole in it where anything can crawl in. The ceiling also had water damage & it was exposed and moldy. The faucet in the bathroom was super loose so when you went to wash your hands the whole thing moved....
