Then when redirected by front desk with more vouchers, to be told go to a different place to redeem them, even when it says in () not redeemed at the place they send you. There were never enough pool/beach towels, only would give 1-2 at a time to say about 30-45 min for more to check back an hour or longer and still no towels. "This hotel is like a bed & breakfast. It has 12 units scattered around the property in different buildings. The rooms are clean but dated. The breakfast could use some fruit and yogurt but there were many carb options. It was nice to be able to grab something quick. The building felt safe and private. The 5:00 free cocktail happy hour is a nice touch. The pool is clean and small and open 24 hrs. The property is set up to allow privacy if you prefer it. The staff is helpful and accommodating....
