"This is a great place and a great value. If I could change only one little thing it would be to get the water in the shower a little more hot; it’s not cold but not quite hot—a little over lukewarm. I’m sure this could be a quick fix from a maintenance engineer. There is a little road noise, as well, which you can’t help being that close to the main road. "What a tropical paradise! We were blown away by Hideaway! If you are looking for a private, family or couple getaway, this is the best place around! The simplicity might be a little less than what some want, but the stay met every one of our needs. The environment was beautiful and the beach was our favorite on the island! "The beach is rocky and has lots of growth. The pool is nice. The paths could use some extra lighting. The room towels were not high quality. There was no activity schedule. Concierge was not super friendly. Telephone never worked, even when we reported it, it didn’t get fixed. This made it difficult to request a cart on departure.
