We loved our stay! The hotel is simple, but so clean. Beds were very comfortable and the bedding was soft and perfect. Friendly staff and easy access by train or Uber to the convention center.

Staff were all friendly and professional. The bed was not a good reflection of the employees you could feel every spring and there were many.

Moxy Charlotte Downtown
Loved my room. It would have been better with a fridge and coffee maker. The whole place is probably great if you are Gen Z. Staff could be a little more professional, but I guess it fits the vibe.
