"The floor was nasty... like nobody mops it. Swiped a little white towel on the bathroom floor it was straight brown, the towels had hair.. i genuinely had higher expectations. Other then that the room looks great. I felt disgusted and uncomfortable to walk barefoot though. Big issue! "

"The light in the bathroom was so poor it was hard to see and do makeup. The overall stay was nice."

"shuttle iffy, quick efficient friendly check in, efficient elevator, big room with clean comfy bed & tv with lots of channels plus fridge with unopened and in date tv dinner meal & drinks! (I didn’t take advantage!) noisy motorcycle around 9pm but otherwise quiet (despite jolly good bar and grill in the parking area. shuttle at 02.30 super efficient- recommended probably!"

"Dog friendly with a small fenced in area, great fitness room, nice bar with food and fire pit area. Very clean hotel. Quiet at night. Will definetly stay again when in Charlotte "

"The airport shuttle was prompt but the driver confusing about which Hyatt I was going to, insisting that I tell her what phone number I called for a ride. The staff from all 3 shifts that i encountered were overall “indifferent”. I needed help with my luggage and there was no one to assist. I could accept that at night but in the daytime at check out that was ridiculous. I was told that housekeeping would normally help, but they weren’t available. I am disabled so it was a struggle for me to get my bags on the cart and down to the lobby as I waited for my ride. I had asked for a late check out but was denied only after they asked my room number and my name - hmmm. I saw a housekeeper as I was retrieving a cart so I asked the front desk clerk if that housekeeper could help me with my luggage and she said “No, they are all on lunch break.” (So if they were all at lunch, then they weren’t cleaning rooms so why couldn’t I have a late check out?). Breakfast was very disappointing. I was really looking forward to breakfast since I had stayed in a Hyatt Place only one other time, in Atlanta, and it was really great. This breakfast did not compare. "

"Despite having my do not disturb sign out at 9am there they are pounding on my door and walking in. Then 45 min later they’re calling my room! I’m sure I would have slept in otherwise after a very long day of travel. "
