Quality Inn Charlotte Airport
The room had a lingering cigarette smell. Tub floor was not stable and the bathroom was just overall not on good shape. Breakfast was ok and the lobby was overall fine. Rooms definitely need some updating. We stayed for one night so we just went with it.

Comfort Suites Gastonia - Charlotte
The check-in attendant accused me of intoxication. For the charge of room damage. I don’t drink or smoke.Left for a doctor’s appointment and I returned and the room was serviced. Towels had been changed and the luggage carry was removed.
