"Booked this hotel at the last minute due to a flight cancellation and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were super friendly and the room was sparkling clean with a comfortable bed. There were also some nice extra touches such as free bottled water and quality Arabica coffee pods. And the free shuttle to the airport left right on time. Exceeded my expectations!"

"The Embassy Suites in Ayrsley were clean, comfortable, and the staff was excellent. I was informed that they had a daily happy hour where 2 drinks would be complimentary as well as breakfast hours. The room was quiet and clean and the beds were firm and pillows soft. The Ayrsley part of Charlotte is clean and feels very safe, which helped me feel more relaxed during my stay. I also appreciated that they had chargers for EVs on site. I would choose to stay here again if I am ever in the Charlotte area again!"

"Staff was very friendly, rooms were very clean. The breakfast area tables were clean and food free. I would have preferred if they put 4 sets of towels in the room rather than just 3 (2 queen beds in the room) but that was pretty minor as I could have gone and asked for more. The only negative is that they separately charged $8 a day for parking. If you are paying for a room, parking should be included. Even the Hyatt across the street did not charge us for parking and their lot was much smaller. I would stay here again as I love an immaculately clean hotel but you need to be ok with paying for parking on top of the room charge."

"The staff and service were over the top generous. Gracious, kind and extremely helpful. As is the case in most hotels, food and beverage prices were also over the top- meaning, more expensive than the value of what was being purchased. The only issue for this particular stay is that we had two fire drills, (yes 2!) on the same evening several hours apart. It did not make for a restful night in the best sense of the word. Would we stay here again? Absolutely! Special shout out to Rebecca, our dinner server, and Miguel, our server for our morning meals. They were both over the top in their service to us. And special shout out to Kamesha! She, too, was over the top in her welcome and prompt check-in."
