Hilton Charlotte University Place
The hotel has been remodeled but the HVAC system is still trash. It was extremely loud ! It disturbed me when I tried to get to sleep and I had to turn the tv up really loud . This particular weekend was full of people who wanted to party all night with loud talking and smoking marijuana

Staff was courteous. I requested a balcony and received a porch. On day two I realized the door didnt even open and was off its track. I had paid extra and it wasn’t even worth it.
