"The hotel was good but staff not overly ready to help. Car electric charging was good"

"I've stayed at the hotel many times in the past before it became a Warner hotel. Although the facilities are still excellent I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the food in the Market Street restaurant (both evening meal and breakfast). Perhaps it was just that the previous standard as a business hotel was higher than current. We also could not get air-conditioning working in our room ((2021) this appeared to of been a problem for a number of the visitors."

"We have reported a fridge problem in our room as soon we arrived. The receptionist mentioned that the maintenance team has already left but someone will come and have a look. Noone came even though i have enquired twice again. Each time i was told that a person will come to check the fridge as soon as they finish in a different room. "Easy location to get to by bus from Heathrow. It does cost some money to take the bus. I thought I’d read it was a free shuttle from the airport. Room was great. If it’s hot, ask for an extra room key card so air conditioner won’t shut off when you leave the room. All else great, Comfy bed, extensive morning buffet. Decent price, especially considering expensive London prices. Would recommend. 👍"
