"The room had such character. Everything was clean with interesting touches. The linens we’re a good quality as was the mattress and the pillows. It wasn’t just a hotel room. I would love to stay there again. It was in a great area and was definitely worth it."

The worst is that there was sewage coming from the sink and tub, Disgusting. I would never stay there again, oh and little black bugs flying around the room too"

"The riverview room was awesome for us. However, I was surprised how aged the furniture was for a hotel built in 2019. The breakfast was horrible. Food was undercooked, wet, and cold. We had to buy breakfast since it was not edible."

"Pretty good overall, but neighborhood felt a bit sketchy. The Hotel underground parking lot had a metal gate and notify us they are not responsible for any damage to our cars/property."

"We got there very late (after midnight) and the parking was confusing and not well marked. Evidently the parking is the responsibility of the city of Wilmington. The doors to the rooms were very heavy and loud when closing. Although it was brief there was some running around giggling in the hallways when we finally tried to sleep/. The beds were extremely comfortable. All the staff we spoke to, both in the hotel and in the booth for parking were very helpful and courteous."

"The smoke detector was ripped out of the wall. The beds were dirty with bugs. The walls were peeling. It was a legitimate horror movie."

"Beautiful hotel, wonderful amenities including a fitness center, basketball court, and indoor pool. Wonderful breakfast was included. The made to order omelets and waffles were awesome! The staff were fantastic."
