"Hotel was nice and clean. I came around 7pm the front desk lady was rude. She act like she had an attitude. No greeting when coming in the door. She spoke when I said something. She didn’t say what time breakfast end or start and why I have to pay 20 deposit. Overall the hotel was a nice place to stay at."

Our room was on the 2nd floor, some of the wood railings could use some work. ie sanding/painting We rented a boat for the day, very easy and smooth process. Would highly recommend. "Good stay. Breakfast was a joke. Cereal, Sausage with no bread!!!, and forget about eggs. When I asked about some bread, they said, " We don't have bread there.""

"We loved our time here at Kings Bay. We stayed 2 nights, it was so cozy and very quiet. If you’re looking for a hotel experience that is not the same old chain hotel, this is it. Right on the marina, restaurants within easy walking distance, beautiful sunset views!"

"We ask for a handicap accessible room and they did not have one found out later that it did not exist and it was under construction. We asked to have the second night canceled. They told us we could not do that. We had to ask Expedia . Very unhappy with the entire situation looking forward to a refund."
