"Nous avons adoré le Bizipoz à Saint jean de Luz! Magnifique hotel neuf (2025) très propre, beau mobilier, beaucoup de tablettes et de crochets pour aider dans la chambre à s'organiser. Emplacement parfait central à quelques pas du marché, de la place principale. Excellent accueil de notre chien (bols et lit fournis) avec un cookie de bienvenue. La climatisation bien appréciée lors de la canicule juillet 2026. Il y a un petit ascenseur utile pour les bagages. Il y a une petite salle de sport et...

"The staff at this hotel is incredibly slow and unhelpful. We asked about a leaking bathroom pipe, but it wasn’t fixed even after two days. Parking is mandatory and they charge extra, even though the hotel is in a remote location. The breakfast is also mediocre."

"THIS is the place to stay when staying near Saint Jean De Luz. We actually decided to book here last-minute after our other hotel (highly rated, btw) was lackluster and we wanted to keep the good vacation vibes going. This is a renovated estate with the original building dating from the 1600s. We stayed in the smallest room, but even this was super well appointed and comfortable for two people. The pool area is amazing, and it's so nice to have a Michelin-rated restaurant as part of the auberge....

"Nous avons été très bien accueillis dès notre arrivée. Le personnel a été particulièrement agréable, serviable et a fait l'effort de nous parler en français, ce qui a été très apprécié. Rien à redire sur l'accueil, qui a vraiment été un point fort de notre séjour. En revanche, nous avons été déçus par la propreté de la chambre. Au premier abord, tout semblait correct, mais en y regardant de plus près, nous avons trouvé des miettes sous les lits, des raisins au sol et le sol n'était pas propre....

"The front staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The room was immaculate and fit our family of 4 nicely. The activities on site were very fun and the pool nice. However, the waitress we had in the restaurant was not very nice for dinner, she acted like she was annoyed that we were even there. Everything besides that, was spectacular!"

"C est la vie de château, à tous de points de vue. Un parc arboré fabuleux, le château a un charme fou, de la piscine une superbe vue sur les Pyrénées , les membres du personnel sont charmants et attentionnés. Nous espérons revenir au château Clair de Lune 🌙 ."

"We chose this property based on reviews and it did not live up to the hype. I would have rather stayed at the next door property (I believe same ownership) for the same price. We did not like the interior style of the hotel or the pool area style. It seemed cheap but it was an expensive stay."
