"Allt fantastiskt, rummet, maten, service, parken på hotellet för hundarna, omgivning med vinprovningar. Utöver det vanliga: vår takbox hade fastnat, ingen hjälp på verkstad men på hotellet kom det folk från deras ”teknik avdelningen” och löste allt. Rekommenderas starkt."

"Fantastisk flott sted med herlig område, vennlige ansatte og stor flid i at alt skal være bra. Noe gangavstand fra Libourne, men har du bil er det ikke noe problem. De ordner herlig frokost med blant annet lokalt syltetøy og honning. Kjempefin tur på området og smaking av lokale viner."

"My husband and I had an incredible stay at Chateau De Ferrand! We stayed for only one night and the room, food, wine, and hospitality were out of this world! We wish we could have stayed longer. Balthazar and Elliot were very attentive, kind, and even gave us recommendations for the next stop on our trip. The views of the vineyards were lovely and it was quiet and serene. Une machine à café fonctionnelle 24h sur 24 serait appréciée car celle existante fournit un café de mauvaise qualité (et qui ne correspond pas au choix sucré ou non sucré). J'ai fait le premier choix sur la liste,pour un grand café non sucré mais celui-ci c'est avéré sucré,malgré tout. ! "
