"I'm baffled by the glowing reviews for this establishment. Our stay was marred by several issues. The hot tub water had a putrid smell, reminiscent of rotten bleach, and it's evident that the filtration system hasn't been maintained. Sadly, the entire facility appears outdated and neglected. Our morning encounter with a sleeping (snoring!!) staff member at the front desk was also unimpressive, and the pillows in our room had a foul odor. I kept it anyway assuming we'd get 2 queens when he said it was a double. But it was one bed. The night was interrupted with noises from the heater in the room and construction sound in the early am.
