"An absolute gem in the Loire Valley! This place is ideally located for exploring the beautiful Châteaux de la Loire. The property itself is absolutely stunning, incredibly peaceful, and decorated with immense taste. We loved the numerous pieces of artwork beautifully displayed throughout our room, the common areas, and even outside in the gardens! "This is a guest house rather than a standard hotel, although it has standard amenities. Situated in the countryside near Chenonceau castle, the property is located in a former mill house bordering the Cher river, which some rooms overlook. The house is surrounded by a large garden, with a swimming pool, pétanque court, ping pong and access to paths along the riverside. The staff is welcoming, informed, and extremely helpful, especially with advice about restaurants and activities in the area....
