"lovely hotel. saw lots of kids and dogs so very family friendly. Room was large, view was nice, had a kettle to make tea/coffee which I always appreciate. Breakfast was decent, a few vegetarian options and the freshly made juices were really good. There's an arcade with games but the pool table/cues are in bad condition and unlike my previously hotel you had to pay to play the games which felt a rather ungenerous for a 5 star hotel, same with the little train ride you can take around the building, surely a 5 star hotel could include that in the price of the stay. nothing is walkable from here except the beach. overall it was nice, staff were friendly and we slept well."

"I chose this hotel even though it is quite far from the Universiade Sports Center where the concert was because it had good reviews on its cleanliness, and I was not disappointed. The amenities were very good, the staff friendly and helpful, but most importantly, the rooms were non-smoking!"
