"Rooms very clean "

"For a bed for the night it did the job. However, the duvet cover was ripped and the general maintenance of the room was poor. Little things were irritating like turning the tap on a getting totally drenched by it and a shower that took a few minutes going cold and boiling before it settled on a temperature, and then was a good shower. Also, housekeeping seemed to be making noise and hoovering right outside my door at 9am for well over an hour, but no offer of housekeeping for my room e.g. fresh...

"The rooms were lovely and clean, parking was not intuitive but the staff put us right as soon as we checked about it. The breakfast was not our typical food, although the coffee was great. We would stay again as the location was perfect for our needs and the staff excellent."

"Wonderful room in a good location to the Botanical Gardens. Cosy, all amenities including toiletries and lovely fresh pastries with beverages in the morning. Highly recommend. You might get noisy students outside the building in the night though!"

"Lovely quirky hotel. Free parking and in easy reach of public transport with only a short tram journey to the centre of Sheffield. Rooms clean and welcoming. Beds comfy and a modern clean and large on suite. Breakfast was perfect with help yourself cereal toast and a full menu of various cooked options to choose from cooked fresh with table service. Only downside breakfast room was far too hot. Would definitely return."

"A no fluff modern hotel perfect for a couple of nights in the city, the rooms are on the smaller side but for a single traveller would be more than enough."

"Staff were polite and welcoming. The lady at the desk in the dining room took time to walk around checking guests were OK. I gave an overall 4- star because my request for late check-out wasn't effected and I had to go back to reception to get it implemented. "

"A nice modern hotel. Clean and comfortable on a main road that will allow you to travel out to a bunch of different riding and hiking spots conveniently. Staff were friendly and as mentioned it was lovely and clean. Only recommendation would be to bring some earplugs if you’re a light sleeper and you happen to be in a room looking out on to the road. The windows are thick but seemingly not enough to block out noise from passing vehicles. "

"Parking costs £10 a night, didn't have breakfast, but we needed an extension cable for a medical machine. I use a sleep apnea device which has to be plugged in by the bed. We asked staff and they just couldn't help us. "
